We have been breeding parrots since 1974, one of the first members of the UK Parrot Society having joined in 1973.

During the past 27 years we have bred from Macaws, Cockatoos, African Greys, Jardines parrots, Senegals, seven species of Lory's Conures, Eclectus, a large number of Australian parakeet species and various love birds.

Our experience with artificial incubation of parrots eggs and hand reared chicks from day old have been numerous and we specialise in the sale of tame hand reared parrot babies.

We have produced three booklets based on our experience. They have been written in the year 2000 ensuring only up-to-date information is contained in the text. Although many excellent books are available to aviculturists, much of the information is out of date and has been overtaken by recent knowledge.

When we first started breeding parrots in 1974, available information on the subject was scant and learning by your own mistakes was the norm. I can honestly say we made many mistakes, but fortunately it is the way to gain experience and to learn to avoid pitfalls. As breeding parrots is not rocket science, practical experience aligned with a receptive and flexible mind provide the best breeding results.
